A prelude EP to The Parable of the Crippled Beggar, Super Cowboy acts to explain the world and mystery surrounding the life of various characters from the first album, including Obama and the Crippled Beggar himself. Written in stages and recorded at separate times, this cohesive version was recorded during the sessions of 3, overhauling the original (which lacked a full band behind it), and adding an official other track, Going West, replacing an even less finished version of the title track.
